Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Lead for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Marketing Lead will develop strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include executing campaigns, managing content creation, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Paid Advertising
- Proficiency in Content Marketing, Campaign Management, and Market Research
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret Data Analytics and Marketing Metrics
- Experience in crafting creative strategies and adapting them for diverse audiences
- Exceptional Leadership and Team Management capabilities
- Proven experience in brand building and successfully executing marketing strategies
- Relevant industry expertise, preferably in workforce mobility, education, or healthcare
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
