Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & IT Sales Executive with 5–6 years of experience in IT services and digital solutions sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to expand the company’s presence in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services, software development, digital marketing, and managed IT services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the technical team to develop marketing collaterals and case studies.
- Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the UAE IT sector.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–6 years of experience in IT sales and marketing (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, mobile apps, AI solutions, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
