Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and proactive individuals to gain hands-on experience in marketing through student outreach, email campaigns, and on-ground campus engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to students to introduce programs and generate interest
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads
- Coordinate with colleges for campus promotions and student engagement activities
- Generate leads through calling, email outreach, and campus networks
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for e-learning programs
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to drive enrolments

📍 Bangalore | Work from Office
⏳ Probation Duration: 3 Months
Compensation
💰During Probation(3 Months): ₹15,000/month + Incentives
🚀 Post Probation Full-Time: ₹5 – 7.5 LPA
