Role Description This is a full-time Marketing Intern role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in campaign planning and execution across digital channels, preparing basic marketing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, helping identify product trends, and gathering customer insights relevant to resellers and ecommerce sellers. The intern will assist in creating marketing content for social media, email, and basic sales collateral, and help manage communication with prospective and existing partners. The position also includes supporting sales and customer service teams in outreach activities, event or webinar coordination, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with resellers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy by analyzing trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and willingness to support sales outreach, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
- Interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, and B2B platforms; familiarity with online marketplaces is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; basic skills in presentation and report preparation.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Ability to work from the Mumbai office on required days and manage tasks responsibly while working from home.
