Role Description The Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand promotion activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports and presentations, updating marketing collateral, and assisting in organizing customer outreach and sales support initiatives. The role also involves helping create and manage social media content, participating in events or site visits, and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategy in the construction and infrastructure domain.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to perform Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development with data-driven insights.
- Interest or basic experience in Sales activities, lead follow-up, and promotional outreach.
- High proficiency in design platforms like Canva (or similar design software) for quick collateral, social media posts, and pitch deck creation.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
