Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid internship role based in Bengaluru for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will assist in key marketing activities such as content writing, content publishing, and social media management, while also supporting campaign execution and contributing to the company's overarching marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Writing: Research and draft compelling content for blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates that resonate with our target audience.
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule daily content across LinkedIn and other social platforms to drive engagement.
- Content Publishing: Assist in the end-to-end process of publishing content across digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and formatting.
- Lead Generation Support: Assist the sales and marketing teams in identifying potential leads and executing outreach initiatives.
- CRM Management: Handle basic CRM updates, ensuring data hygiene and tracking the progress of marketing-qualified leads.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social posts and campaign performance, providing basic insights and reports to inform improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms to streamline content creation, research, and productivity is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho) is a significant plus.
- A "hands-on" attitude and the ability to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
