Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in carrying out marketing to drivers and riders, support the development of marketing strategies, and contribute to customer service initiatives. You’ll also participate in sales campaigns, interact with customers, and help the team enhance marketing processes to support The 15 App’s vision of redefining ridesharing. If you are a student of a college/university, your responsibility to campaign in your institution.
- Tasks include identifying and campaigning at high footprint locations like bus stands, railway stations, airport etc.
- Handling the socials and posting high quality related content.
- You will be closely in contact with founding team and experience the hustling culture of a startup.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client inquiries and build relationships.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, gather insights, and support data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of or interest in Marketing Strategy and Sales to assist in planning and executing campaigns.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, or previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
This role suitable for college students who are curious to explore startup environment and engage closely with founding team.
A stipend of Rs.5000/- per month will be awarded.
