About Talkspree
Talkspree is a dynamic youth group discussion platform dedicated to helping students improve their communication skills, build confidence, and sharply improve their general awareness levels. We break down the barriers of traditional learning by creating engaging, peer-to-peer spaces where impactful conversations happen. As we scale, we are looking for high-energy, articulate, and well-connected change-makers to spearhead our growth on college campuses.
Role Type: Remote / Virtual (Campus-Based)
Duration: 3 Months
Commitment: 8–10 hours per week
Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
As a Marketing Intern & Campus Ambassador, you will be the face, voice, and force of Talkspree at your institution. Your core focus will be to build a thriving community of passionate speakers and thinkers on your campus.
- Campus Advocacy & Word-of-Mouth: Actively promote Talkspree’s mission across your college network, positioning it as the go-to platform for self-improvement.
- User Acquisition: Drive active registrations and engagement for Talkspree discussion sessions from your campus.
- Digital & Community Growth: Maximize reach by sharing updates, events, and content across student WhatsApp groups, college societies, departmental networks, and classmates.
- Event Integration: Collaborate with cultural, technical, and literary societies to align Talkspree with college festivals, webinars, or internal group discussions.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between the youth community and our core team, sharing student insights to help improve the platform experience.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- A natural communicator—you love meeting new people and aren't afraid to spark conversations.
- Active in college life (part of a student council, placement cell, debating society, or event organizing team is a huge plus).
- A self-starter who can take a goal and run with it without constant supervision.
- Passionate about self-improvement, public speaking, or current affairs.
