We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Intern who can help execute our content and brand plan across LinkedIn, website, webinars, and candidate communities. This is not a 'just make posts' role. You will help turn ideas into execution — content calendars, post drafts, case studies, webinar support, community engagement, basic research, and marketing ops. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where speed, ownership, and attention to detail matter.
What You'll Do:
- Execute the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, website, and community channels
- Draft LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form video briefs, and basic scripts
- Support creation of case studies, testimonials, and proof-led marketing assets
- Research hiring trends in GCCs, automotive, aerospace, engineering, and specialist staffing
- Help repurpose founder inputs into posts, reels, carousels, and webinar content
- Coordinate with design/video freelancers or internal team members for execution
- Maintain a content tracker with deadlines, owners, and publishing status
- Support webinar execution, invites, follow-ups, landing pages, and recap content
- Help manage candidate/community content across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Update website/blog content and basic marketing collateral as needed
- Track simple performance metrics like views, engagement, saves, webinar sign-ups, and content output
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written English
- Good sense of content structure, headlines, and hooks
- Comfortable with LinkedIn-first B2B content
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow through without constant reminders
- Able to turn rough ideas into clean execution
- Curious about startups, hiring, AI, and B2B marketing
- Comfortable doing research and summarizing insights clearly
- Basic design sense is a plus
- Basic Canva / Google Slides / Notion / Sheets skills preferred
- Video editing or reel coordination experience is a plus, not mandatory
Ideal Candidate:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, media, journalism, or related field
- Has done internships in content, branding, social media, startup marketing, or founder-led content
- Can work fast without becoming sloppy
- Understands that good marketing is not fluff — it is clarity, proof, and consistency

- Consistent execution of the content calendar
- High-quality drafts with minimal rework
- Strong coordination and on-time publishing
- Better quality marketing assets, not just more volume
- Clean tracking of what was published and what performed well
Key Deliverables:
- Weekly LinkedIn content drafts
- Monthly content calendar updates
- 2–4 case study / proof assets per month
- Webinar support assets when needed
- Candidate/community updates each week
- Performance summary at the end of each month
