Marketing Intern - Organic Social Media Growth
The Role
We're looking for someone to own Instagram and organic social media growth for Soul Snap.
You'll create content, build community engagement, analyze what works, and help us grow from zero in the most authentic way possible.
20-30 hours/week | 3-6 months | Remote
What You'll Do
- Create 4-5 Instagram posts/week (reels, stories, carousels, static)
- Engage with followers authentically (respond, build relationships)
- Track metrics weekly and optimize what works
- Attend 1-2 Soul Snap events/month for real content
- Collaborate with the team on growth strategy
Who We're Looking For
- Strong personal Instagram account (1k+ followers or proven engagement)
- Can write authentic, casual copy (no corporate-speak)
- Data-driven (understand what performs and why)
- Genuinely passionate about community and experiences
- Basic design skills or willingness to learn Canva
