Are you excited to join our team as Marketing Intern?
This is a hands-on marketing role where ideas don’t stay on slides—they show up in real cafeterias.
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll help bring themed cafeteria experiences to life across multiple locations. You’ll coordinate with on-ground operations teams, support brand outreach efforts, and ensure every campaign experience is executed smoothly and consistently.
If you’re excited about seeing ideas turn into real-world experiences, talking to brands, and understanding how large-scale, multi-location marketing actually works, this role is for you.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Themed Cafeteria Experience Execution
- Coordinate with operations and on-ground teams across multiple locations to ensure smooth execution of themed cafeteria campaigns.
- Track execution status across locations and proactively follow up to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support the end-to-end journey of each experience—from planning to on-ground rollout to closure.
2. Data Collection & Experience Insights
- Collect execution updates, visuals, and feedback from multiple locations.
- Maintain trackers and reports for each themed cafeteria experience.
- Assist in compiling post-experience summaries to help the team understand what worked well and what can be improved.
- Learn how on-ground execution data feeds into future experience planning.
3. Brand Outreach & Activation Support
- Conduct outreach to consumer brands for potential visibility and activation opportunities within corporate cafeterias.
- Support initial communication and follow-ups with brands to align on participation details.
- Maintain and update a tracker of brand outreach efforts, responses, and activation status.
What Makes This Role Exciting
- You’ll work on live, customer-facing experiences, not mock projects.
- You’ll work with cross-functional and on-ground teams regularly.
- You’ll see your work go from idea → execution → real consumer experience.
- You’ll gain exposure to multi-location operations-led marketing.
- You’ll build strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
Who Should Apply
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are curious about marketing, brand building, or experiential marketing.
- Enjoy coordinating with people and keeping things on track.
- Are proactive, organized, and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Like fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify on-ground challenges and proactively suggest practical, execution-friendly solutions.
- Are comfortable with Excel and basic presentations.
Background
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Prior experience in college fests, events, brand activities, or internships is a plus—but not mandatory.
What You’ll Take Away
- First-hand experience in experiential and on-ground marketing.
- Exposure to brand outreach and coordination in a real business environment.
- A strong understanding of how ideas are translated into physical experiences.
- Practical skills and stories that stand out in future interviews.
