About SIMEI Creatives
SIMEI Creatives is an influencer marketing agency built around one belief: brands don't need more creators, they need the right ones. We specialize in regional-language creator partnerships — starting with Telugu — helping brands reach audiences that generic, metro-first agencies miss entirely. We're early, fast-moving, and building from the ground up.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Partnerships Intern to help us build both sides of our marketplace: the creators we work with, and the brands/agencies we work for. You'll get real ownership from day one this isn't a coffee-run internship.
What You'll Actually Do
- Identify and reach out to creators in our niche, and manage our creator pipeline
- Research and reach out to brands and creative/media agencies as potential clients
- Keep our CRM trackers updated and organized (we'll show you the system)
- Help draft outreach messages, follow-ups, and pitch materials
- Sit in on real negotiation and campaign conversations as we close our first deals
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in marketing, mass comm, business, or similar
- Comfortable writing clear, warm, non-robotic outreach messages
- Genuine interest in the creator economy / influencer marketing bonus if you run your own page or have done any content/outreach work before
- Self-starter who can work independently with light supervision — we're a small team, so initiative matters more than experience
- 4–5 hours/day, flexible on timing
