Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Intern to join our team. The selected
candidate will support digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, promotions, and
engagement initiatives aligned with our cause.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct insightful NGO case studies and environmental research (Odisha-focused) to
generate meaningful findings.
- Analyze CSR campaigns to understand strategies, impact, and effectiveness.
- Create engaging content assets including hashtag banks, captions, and high-converting
hooks.
- Identify and map relevant influencers while developing strong brand pitches for
collaborations.
- Handle social media management, including engagement, promotion, and growth
strategies.
- Develop persuasive ad copies and campaign creatives for digital promotions.
- Design impactful awareness posters and actively contribute to fundraising initiatives.
- Compile and present a final report & professional portfolio showcasing all contributions
and learnings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students or recent graduates with a passion for marketing and social work.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Canva, or any marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
