About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Marketing Intern to support our skincare brand’s growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, social media, and content creation—especially short-form video.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and analyze current skincare and beauty market trends (ingredients, routines, influencer strategies).
* Assist in planning and executing video shoots (Reels, Shorts, product demos, BTS content).
* Coordinate with creators, models, and internal teams during shoots.
* Create and schedule content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Support campaign ideation for product launches and promotions.
* Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
* Help with copywriting for captions, blogs, and ad creatives.
Requirements
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
* Strong interest in skincare, beauty, and digital trends.
* Basic understanding of social media content formats (especially short-form video).
* Good communication and coordination skills.
