Job Description – Marketing Intern (6 Months Internship)

About the Role
Ridhira Group is looking for energetic and creative Marketing Interns who have recently completed their post-graduation (MBA / PGDM / Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields).
This 6-month internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to branding, digital marketing, campaigns, events, and business growth initiatives across hospitality, wellness, real estate, and lifestyle verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing brand campaigns
- Assist in digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and online promotions
- Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for campaign execution
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies
- Help create marketing presentations, reports, and promotional content
- Support event activations, corporate tie-ups, and brand collaborations
- Assist in content creation for websites, brochures, social media, and advertisements
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and influencers when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Post Graduation completed (MBA / PGDM / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related specialization)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with interest in branding and digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms preferred
- Passion for hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury brands is an added advantage
