Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Intern at reApply. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, drafting content for social media and email, and helping analyze performance metrics. The role involves conducting market research on job search tools and candidate behavior, gathering insights on user needs, and contributing to positioning and messaging. The intern will also help with basic sales and customer outreach tasks, respond to user inquiries, and collaborate with team members across product and growth to ensure a consistent brand voice. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to building a more candidate-centric hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with users and collaborate with the internal team.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development with data-driven insights.
- Interest in Sales activities, including outreach and lead nurturing, to support growth initiatives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, content marketing) and analytics tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Comfort working in a remote, tech-driven environment with strong time management and self-organization skills.
- Curiosity about the job search ecosystem and enthusiasm for improving candidate experience.
- Experience with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management platforms) is a plus.
