📍 Location: South Delhi (On-site)
💰 Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Performance-based)

We specialize in Europe (Lithuania) and provide end-to-end support:
- University selection & admissions
- Visa & documentation
- Loan & financial guidance
- Post-arrival support (accommodation, SIM, part-time jobs)
💼 What You’ll Actually Do (Real Work, Not Timepass)
- Handle Instagram, WhatsApp & other platforms for organic marketing
- Talk to interested students and guide them initially
- Invite leads to webinars & nurture them
- Work on lead magnets & student engagement strategies
- Maintain and update student data in CRM / Excel
- Assist in marketing campaigns & content execution
- Occasionally handle student calls & follow-ups
🧠 Who We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident in talking to new people (students)
- Understands social media (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Basic idea of sales/marketing mindset
- Eager to learn, not just complete tasks
- Can handle responsibility (not spoon-feeding type)
⚡ Bonus Points If You:
- Have interest in study abroad / education industry
- Know basic CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets
- Have done content posting or handled DMs before
