Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who understands the internet, keeps up with trends, and can turn ideas into engaging content and creative collaborations.
If you’re someone who spends time on Instagram spotting trends, enjoys memes, and has a knack for creative thinking—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Assist in creating and scheduling Instagram content (posts, reels, stories)
- Identify trending formats, audios, and meme ideas
- Create LinkedIn posts around brand story, founder journey, and insights.
Trend & Research
- Track social media trends and viral content
- Analyze competitor activity and content strategies
- Share weekly insights and content ideas.
Content Ideation
- Brainstorm reel, meme, and campaign ideas
- Assist in planning content calendars
- Contribute to festival and campaign planning
Brand Collaborations & Outreach
- Research relevant brands and creators for collaborations
- Reach out via email and Instagram DMs
- Assist in executing giveaways, partnerships, and co-branded campaigns
- Maintain a tracker for outreach and follow-ups
Community Engagement
- Manage and respond to comments and DMs across platforms.
- Engage with the audience in a friendly, brand-aligned tone.
- Start and participate in conversations to build a strong, active community.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends
- Creative thinking and a good sense of humor
- Interest in content creation, marketing, and branding
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with outreach (emails/DMs)
- Hunger to learn AI tools
