Internship Opportunity – Sports Community & Growth Intern (Pickleball)

Are you passionate about sports, networking, community building, and meeting new people?
Netclan is looking for energetic and outgoing interns to help grow the pickleball community on the Netclan Explorer App across Mumbai.
This is an exciting on-ground opportunity to work directly with one of India’s fastest-growing sports communities while gaining real startup, marketing, and networking experience.

Netclan Explorer is a hyperlocal networking and community platform that helps people discover and connect with individuals, businesses, professionals, groups, and communities around them in real time.
With sports communities rapidly growing across India, Netclan aims to become a powerful networking and engagement platform for players, organizers, and venues.
Netclan has recently signed one of the top pickleball professional player Rohin Rajani for Mumbai Pickle ball circuit as its brand ambassador.
Role: Sports Community & Growth Intern
Location: Mumbai (On-ground field activities)
Duration: 2–6 Months

Key Responsibilities
- Visit pickleball courts, tournaments, sports events, and community meetups across Mumbai
- Engage with players, coaches, organizers, and court owners
- Educate the community about the Netclan Explorer App and its features
- Help users download, register, and onboard onto the platform
- Build relationships with local sports communities and venue partners
- Promote Netclan groups, networking, and community features within the pickleball ecosystem
- Capture feedback, insights, photos, and videos from on-ground activities
- Support brand visibility and engagement initiatives during tournaments and events
Who Can Apply?

- Passionate about sports and community engagement
- Confident in interacting with new people
- Good communicators with a friendly personality
- Active on social media and aware of digital trends
- Self-driven, energetic, and proactive
- Comfortable with field activities and event participation
Prior exposure to pickleball or sports communities is a plus, but not mandatory.
