Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Intern based in Kerala, India. The Marketing Intern will assist with developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote the organization’s mission and services to the community. Additional tasks include supporting customer service activities and assisting the sales team in meeting engagement goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and effectively engage with clients
- Proficiency in market research and understanding of trends aligned to healthcare services
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to support sales initiatives
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Customer-oriented mindset and effective customer service skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Passion for healthcare and elder support services
- Working towards or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
