Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will assist in conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to sales efforts. They will also play an active role in creating campaigns, engaging with customers, and analyzing market trends to provide actionable insights for business development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team collaboration
- Experience in market research and analyzing industry trends
- Understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies
- Customer service abilities with a focus on building positive client relationships
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS is a plus
