About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Intern to join our team immediately. This is a short-term, high-impact internship that offers MBA graduates real-world exposure to marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and brand development. You will work alongside our core marketing team and contribute to live projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO channels
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies
• Support content creation — blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Help manage and grow the brand's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports
• Coordinate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts
• Assist in organizing events, webinars, or marketing activations
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and strategy sessions
Eligibility & Qualifications
• MBA graduate or pursuing final year with a specialization in Marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital tools, and consumer psychology
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
