Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Intern role based in Kochi. The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting in the creation and execution of campaigns that promote the company’s health and wellness services. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, helping manage social media and other digital channels, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging. The intern will also help organize events or awareness programs, support lead-generation and follow-up activities, and contribute to documenting marketing performance and insights. The role involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative staff to communicate services clearly and professionally to clients and the community.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Foundational Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning and analysis.
- Interest or basic exposure to Sales and promotional activities within healthcare, wellness, or related sectors.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation tools); familiarity with social media or content creation is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for healthcare, wellness, and community-focused initiatives, with a willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
