About Leshya
Leshya is a calm companion for the mind. We help people move toward clarity: notice how they feel, understand it, talk to a counselor when they're ready, and keep going. Booking a session is one part of that, not the whole thing. Our job is to help people stay and keep using Leshya, not just show up once. We're early, and growing beyond individuals toward schools, teams, and companies.
The role
This is a growth role. You'll bring people and good counselors onto Leshya, help them get set up, and keep them coming back. Part outreach, part social media, part making content, and part reading the numbers to see what's actually working. You'll use AI and other tools to move fast, but the voice and the judgment are yours.
What you'll do
- Reach out to people and counselors and get them to register on Leshya. This is the main focus right now: calls, DMs, wherever they already are
- Onboard good counselors and help review their profiles before they go live
- Run our social media, not just post on it: Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and wherever our people gather
- Make content that fits each platform: carousels, posts, and reels, shaped for where they live rather than one thing copied everywhere
- Use AI and other tools to produce that content quickly
- Use our analytics (PostHog and our counselor analytics) to see the whole funnel, from first touch to people who stick around, and put your effort where it moves the numbers
- Ads may come later. For now, the focus is reaching people and getting them to register
Who this is for
- You're comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people you don't know yet
- You write clearly and can pick up a brand's voice
- You know your way around social platforms and the newer AI tools
- You're curious about numbers and happy to look at a funnel to decide what to do next
- You can work on your own, stay organized, and follow through
- A plus if you've made reels, run a page, or grown a community before
