As part of our growing marketing function, we are looking for a Marketing Intern based in Pune to support our marketing activities across key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn by contributing to real-time business and marketing priorities.
What You Bring
- MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing operations, content coordination, social media, and business research
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Comfort with research, data handling, documentation, and coordination activities
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and social media platforms
- Willingness to learn, adapt, iterate, and contribute across varied marketing activities
Desired Skills
- Exposure to database management or lead/data list building
- Basic understanding of social media page management and online reputation monitoring
- Ability to conduct account-specific, industry-specific, and region-specific research
- Interest in campaign coordination, data tracking, and reporting
- Basic design/content formatting capability for newsletters, emails, or collateral
- Strong ownership mindset and execution discipline
- Comfort in handling feedback and making iterative improvements
Your Role
As a Marketing Intern, You Will
- Build, maintain, and regularly refresh databases to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Conduct pre-call, account-specific, industry-specific, and region-specific research
- Support social media management for company pages, including ORM and ad hoc posting needs
- Assist with HR-related marketing activities such as newsletters, internal emailers, and video coordination
- Help in campaign setup, data extraction, tracking, documentation, and follow-ups
- Create collateral based on provided content and SOPs, while incorporating feedback and iterations
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing tasks
- Bring structure, consistency, and speed to day-to-day marketing execution activities
