About Lemici
Lemici is a research platform that helps business leaders to find industry data and research across various business sectors in India. We are creating teams of sector-focused Analysts who scout for industries across 100+ sectors and organize the information by markets and business models to make business discovery highly efficient for business leaders. At the backend, it is powered by a technology platform which tracks over million companies.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing teams in developing and implementing marketing strategies, product campaigns and market-specific initiatives
- Assist Marketing Director in conducting marketing-related research including, but not limited to: research on prospective clients, current market conditions, marketing events and competitor information
- Help coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and within agreed budgets
- Report all marketing activities and results to Management
- Help identify potential customers for new business, ensuring that major sales opportunities are captured and explored

Skills Required:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
- Should be Comfortable using AI tools
- Capability to drive an independent work stream in the context of a broader team project; Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Proficiency in handling Microsoft Office applications like Ms Excel, PowerPoint and Ms Word, etc.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute valuable insights.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
