Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Intern to join our team on-site at our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will assist in conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, engaging in customer outreach, and supporting sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing content, analyzing customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and the ability to assist in creating impactful campaigns
- Ability to conduct thorough Market Research to inform marketing plans
- Interest or aptitude in supporting Sales activities
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
