— ideate and execute campaigns
— make Reels that people actually watch till the end
— reach out to influencers and build collab pipelines
— brainstorm brand partnerships and future collabs
— use AI tools to move faster and smarter
— bring ideas that are yours, not just safe ones
✦ you're a fit if you
— have a good eye for content and aesthetics
— know basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, anything)
— have been part of a college society, marketing team, or done an internship before
— are the kind of person who sends a mood board before anyone asks for one
