Role Overview
This is not a conventional marketing role.
This is a growth-focused, revenue-aligned role where you will contribute to building and scaling structured outreach, partnerships, and conversion funnels.
You will work closely with the founding team to support high-impact initiatives across institutional partnerships, employer outreach, and student acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Outreach Support
- Research and identify target engineering colleges and decision-makers
- Support outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Assist in managing academic partnership pipelines
- Help prepare decks, proposals, and MoU documentation
- Track conversations and follow-ups in CRM
2. Enterprise & Hiring Partner Engagement
- Assist in researching HR leaders, founders, and delivery heads
- Support outreach campaigns for employer partnerships
- Coordinate discovery calls and follow-ups
- Help prepare employer-facing pitch materials
- Maintain partner interaction records
3. Marketing Funnel Execution
- Execute outreach cadences across email and LinkedIn
- Support landing page and campaign coordination
- Track conversion metrics (reply rates, meetings, closures)
- Help build objection-handling and messaging frameworks
- Maintain marketing and outreach dashboards
4. CRM & Growth Operations
- Maintain clean and updated CRM records
- Track weekly funnel metrics and reports
- Support campaign tracking and reporting
- Assist in building playbooks and documentation
- Ensure disciplined follow-up workflows
