About the job
ExCo is the company behind Bucketlist and BHX Project.
Bucketlist creates international adventures where the group matters as much as the place.
BHX Project is a creative residency—a brain vacation for founders, creators, artists, leaders and builders.
We create experiences where interesting people meet, travel together and often remain part of each other's lives long after the trip ends. Our marketing has to make people feel that—not simply show them another beautiful destination.
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the day-to-day work of ExCo's creative and content team.
You will work across campaigns, social media, content, internal workflows, research and production support. Some of the work will be creative. Some of it will be operational. All of it matters.
THE WORK
Marketing operations
- Track tasks, update content calendars and keep timelines honest.
- Follow up on dependencies and flag delays before they become emergencies.
- Help keep dates, links, prices, availability and campaign information accurate.
- Capture decisions from team meetings and turn them into clear next steps.
Social media operations
- Support publishing and tracking across BHX Project and Bucketlist on Instagram.
- Help manage Tribe WhatsApp Drops and Public WhatsApp Drops.
- Check posts, stories and drops before they go live.
- Monitor comments, tags, mentions and useful audience language.
Content and writing support
- Help find content ideas inside traveller stories, customer questions, DMs, applications and edition moments.
- Research references, formats, creators and cultural signals.
- Support hooks, captions, carousel structures, scripts and WhatsApp copy.
- Adapt ideas for different channels instead of copying the same message everywhere.
Creative production support
- Collect footage, photographs, testimonials and stories from travellers and internal teams.
- Help prepare shot lists, interview questions and edition-capture briefs.
- Organise assets so the designer and editor can find what they need.
- Coordinate small follow-ups with creators, photographers, filmmakers and travellers.
Performance and experiment tracking
- Track what people watched, saved, shared, replied to and acted on.
- Help maintain a simple record of what worked, what did not and what we should test next.
- Bring observations to content reviews rather than only reporting numbers.
Market research
- Study interesting campaigns, category shifts, brand moves and emerging formats.
- Find useful references without copying whatever is trending.
- Help the team understand how other brands earn attention and trust.
YOU WOULD BE A STRONG FIT IF
- You are organised and enjoy bringing structure to moving pieces.
- You notice details other people miss.
- You can write clearly and are willing to rewrite until something works.
- You have experimented with social media, content, college projects, events, newsletters, communities or side projects.
- You are curious about how strategy, systems, storytelling and performance connect.
- You can take feedback without becoming defensive.
- You ask useful questions and then take the next step yourself.
- You are comfortable working from our Bangalore office Monday to Friday.
- You do not need a marketing degree, a famous college or a polished agency portfolio.
A student page, college festival, newsletter, side project, small business, community or something you organised for friends can all count. We care about what you noticed, what you did and what happened.
TEAM AND GROWTH
You will report to the Creative & Content Strategist and work closely with ExCo's Creative Director, producer, designer and video editor.
You will get a close view of how ideas move through:
Insight → calendar → brief → copy → design or edit → review → publish → performance learning.
This is a paid, four-month internship. The stipend will be discussed openly in the first conversation.
Strong performance can lead to a full-time role after the internship, but conversion is not automatic.
