Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Marketing & Growth Intern based in Mumbai. The internship is designed where interns will lead digital growth initiatives for one of ExamOnline key industry verticals.
Each intern will function as the Digital Business Lead for a dedicated industry pod, driving end-to-end marketing strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution. The role involves building multi-channel B2B growth engines across SEO, AI search optimization, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, content marketing, and account-based marketing.
Interns will work on identifying high-value enterprise opportunities, generating qualified leads, building industry-specific marketing assets, and positioning ExamOnline as a thought leader in digital assessments. The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise marketing, growth strategy, and B2B pipeline development while working closely with leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and B2B storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders such as CXOs, university leaders, and HR executives
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels, demand generation strategies, and lead nurturing processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, campaign performance, and business metrics
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Interest in technology, SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise digital solutions is a plus
- Basic familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools is an added advantage
