Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for an MBA fresher or a recent graduate who is interested in building a career in B2B marketing, digital marketing, content, and brand building.
The intern will work closely with internal teams to support EventIron’s marketing initiatives across social media, website, blogs, and email marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coordination, content planning, and executing marketing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Support- Help strengthen EventIron’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Coordinate with internal team members to gather content ideas, updates, achievements, and campaign inputs
- Draft social media captions, post copies, and content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts in coordination with the team
- Track post performance and help identify what content is working best
Content & Blog Coordination- Work with internal subject matter experts to collect inputs for blogs, articles, and thought leadership content
- Support in drafting, editing, and formatting blogs for the website
- Coordinate with the team to ensure content is published on time
- Help repurpose blog content into social media posts, email snippets, and website updates
Website Management Support- Help manage and update website content including blogs, service pages, announcements, and other marketing content
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders or external web support as needed
- Review website pages for content freshness, accuracy, formatting, and consistency
- Suggest improvements to make the website more engaging and updated
Email Marketing Support- Assist in drafting marketing emails, newsletters, and campaign content
- Help coordinate email campaign execution with the internal team
- Support list management, content formatting, and campaign tracking
- Monitor basic email performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and engagement
Team Coordination & Execution- Work closely with leadership and internal teams to collect information, align timelines, and drive tasks to closure
- Follow up with relevant team members to ensure marketing deliverables move on time
- Help maintain a marketing activity tracker and content calendar
- Support other branding, campaign, and communication tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications- MBA fresher preferred, especially with a specialization in Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Interest in content writing, branding, and B2B marketing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
- Basic knowledge of website content management, email marketing tools, Canva, or social media tools is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, blog publishing, or SEO basics is an added advantage
