Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and camera-confident intern to take ownership of our YouTube content from start to finish. This includes researching topics, scripting, recording, editing, and publishing videos while ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and optimised for growth.
You will play a key role in building DigiRDP’s YouTube presence by creating both short-form and long-form content aligned with our brand and audience.
Posting Structure:
• 2-3 Shorts per week
• 1 Long-form video every 2 weeks
Technical Setup Required:
• Good-quality smartphone capable of clear video recording
• Stable internet connection
• Adequate lighting (ring light or well-lit natural environment)
• External or built-in microphone that delivers clear audio
Responsibilities
• Confident speaking on camera
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut / similar)
• Understanding of YouTube SEO fundamentals
• Ability to structure content clearly and logically
• Strong communication skills
• Self-driven and deadline-oriented
• Basic understanding of tech/cloud / IT industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Stipend
₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
