Mandatory Requirement
An Android smartphone is mandatory for this internship. Candidates must have regular access to an Android phone throughout the internship.
What You Will Work On
· Research workplace, career and employee-experience topics.
· Identify relevant LinkedIn conversations and potential engagement opportunities.
· Generate content ideas for ConviTrust's LinkedIn and other approved marketing channels.
· Assist with LinkedIn copywriting, editing and content development.
· Support Canva creatives, carousels and other approved marketing assets where relevant.
· Maintain research, content and marketing trackers.
· Conduct competitor and market research.
· Support approved marketing experiments and campaigns.
· Collaborate with the marketing lead and other interns to complete assigned work.
What We Are Looking For
· Strong written and verbal communication.
· Curiosity about marketing, careers, workplaces, startups or social media.
· Ability to research a topic and identify credible information.
· Creative thinking and willingness to suggest original ideas.
· Basic understanding of LinkedIn or social media.
· Basic Canva skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
· Willingness to learn, accept feedback and improve.
· Reliability, ownership and respect for deadlines.
