About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Create and publish social content across Facebook and Instagram: Reels, photo posts, offer posts, and group posts.
- Lead generation and inbox management: Drive and respond to DMs, WhatsApp messages, and Facebook inquiries; qualify leads.
- Run ad campaigns: Focus on lead messages and retargeting.
- Track performance: Report DMs per day, suggest optimizations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor degree related to marketing background preffered (BBA, BCA).
- Proficiency in Market Research and analysis techniques
- Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Customer Service capabilities and a client-focused mindset
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and concepts
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
- Strong social media skills with experience creating social media content.
- Comfortable with Facebook Groups and Marketplace posting.
- Good written English for captions and DM conversations.
- Basic ad setup knowledge and willingness to learn.
Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 20,000 /month
