About ChargingAdda
ChargingAdda is a Bangalore-based EV charging infrastructure startup focused on deploying AC & DC chargers across residential societies, commercial properties, and fleet operators. We are building the next layer of EV infrastructure for India.
Role Overview
This role is for highly driven, field-oriented individuals who want real startup exposure and fast-track growth into leadership roles.
You will directly work with the founding team to expand ChargingAdda’s footprint across Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach RWAs, gated communities, builders, and commercial properties
- Conduct field meetings and pitch EV charging solutions
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain follow-up pipeline and CRM updates
- Coordinate with operations team for deployment
- Support revenue growth and partnership development
- Assist in local market research and expansion strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Comfortable with field work (minimum 4 days/week)
- High ownership mindset
- Hunger to grow in sales & business development
- Basic knowledge of EV industry is a plus (not mandatory)
