Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media Marketing Intern who wants real startup exposure and hands-on learning experience.
This is an unpaid 2-month internship, ideal for someone serious about learning digital marketing practically.
Responsibilities (Lead Generation Focus)
Generate potential leads through social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and other online communities
• Identify and connect with business owners, founders, and creators who may need branding or marketing services
• Send professional outreach messages and initiate conversations with potential clients
• Maintain a lead database (Google Sheet / CRM) with details of interested prospects
• Follow up with leads and schedule consultation calls for the Brandzaar team
• Research and join relevant groups, communities, and pages where potential clients are active
• Share Brandzaar services through strategic engagement and networking
• Track and report weekly lead generation performance
Skills Required
• Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and online networking
• Ability to identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Good communication and conversation skills for outreach
• Confidence in sending DMs and initiating professional conversations
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / lead tracking
• Willingness to learn sales outreach and lead generation strategies
