Marketing & Lead Gen Internship
Duration: 3 Months (Strictly Result-Oriented)
Location: On-site / Office (Hayathnagar, Hyderabad)
Target Areas: We are looking for people around LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, Uppal, Nagole, Hayathnagar.
Compensation: Unpaid / Performance-linked PPO (Post-Performance Offer).
The Reality Check
This is a startup in its initial strike phase. We aren't here to teach you "Marketing 101." If you don’t know how to navigate the tools, find leads, or understand market psychology, don’t apply. We are looking for two aggressive marketers and two Lead Gen interns to compete. One from each will stay; the rest go home.
Your Responsibilities (What You Must Already Know):
- Lead Generation: You need to know how to scrape, verify, and capture leads. This is about conversion rates, not "effort."
- Strategy Execution: Taking the Bcommune vision and turning it into a roadmap that actually works in terms of content, promotions, networking and sales.
- Tool Stack: Proficiency in Communication, SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Adobe, Canva, Content writing and automated lead gen tools is expected.
The Competition:
We are hiring two of you. For 3 months, you will be tracked on Success Metrics and Conversion Data. If you hit the standards and the brand moves because of you, a high-growth PPO is waiting. If not, you’ve wasted your time and ours.
Requirements:
- Proximity: You must live in a commutable range to Hayathnagar, Hyderabad. We don’t want excuses about travel.
- Mindset: You are joining the core team at the ground floor. You work as hard as the founders.
- Pre-Entry Analysis: Do not show up for an interview if you haven't analyzed Bcommune. We will ask you how you plan to destroy the competition. If you have no plan, don't bother.
