Marketing Intern – AventIQ

Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who wants practical exposure to how marketing is planned, executed, and measured inside a B2B technology company. This role involves working across research, content, campaigns, tools, and execution workflows, with direct collaboration across teams.
This is an office-based role requiring in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Market & Business Research
- Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research
- Support development of target segments, buyer personas, and use cases
- Organize findings in structured formats (presentations, spreadsheets)
Content & Communication
- Assist in creating content for websites, presentations, pitch decks, and LinkedIn
- Help refine messaging and positioning for different audiences
- Support documentation of offerings, use cases, and internal notes.
Campaign & Execution Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Support basic setup and monitoring of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (learning-focused)
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and follow-ups
Marketing Operations & Tools
- Use Excel / Google Sheets for tracking campaigns, leads, and performance
- Work with task and workflow tools like Trello (or similar) for coordination
- Support basic reporting and performance summaries
Go-To-Market & Enablement
- Assist in GTM initiatives for services and internal products
- Help prepare sales and marketing collateral
- Work with leadership to understand differentiation and positioning
Candidate Profile Education
- MBA / B-School student
- or
- Graduate / Post-graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Skills & Mindset
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and growth
- Comfortable working with basic marketing and productivity tools
- (Excel / Google Sheets, Trello, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working from office in a collaborative environment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or technology companies
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Prior internship, live project, or academic marketing work
