Marketing Intern – SEO, Social Media & Sales

Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Intern who wants hands-on exposure to SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Inside Sales. This is not a passive learning role — you will work on live projects, real campaigns, and measurable targets.
The ideal candidate should be smart, execution-focused, data-driven, and proactive in generating output efficiently. You should be curious about how marketing connects with revenue, understand digital trends, and be eager to learn practical implementation.
This internship has strong potential for full-time conversion based on performance, ownership, skill development, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in on-page SEO implementation (meta tags, internal linking, content optimization).
- Support blog publishing and content optimization activities.
- Track rankings, website traffic, and performance metrics.
- Identify technical and content gaps to improve search visibility.
Social Media & Content Execution
- Assist in planning and executing LinkedIn-focused B2B social strategies.
- Create post drafts, captions, and basic creatives in coordination with the design team.
- Schedule and monitor posts across platforms.
- Track impressions, engagement, and audience insights.
- Contribute to thought leadership and brand positioning initiatives.
Sales & Lead Generation Support
- Support inside sales activities including list building and research.
- Assist in identifying target accounts and decision-makers.
- Help with CRM updates and lead tracking.
- Participate in outreach preparation and follow-up coordination.
- Understand how marketing supports pipeline generation and revenue.
Campaign Support & Analytics
- Assist in executing inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
- Learn how paid ads, SEO, and content work together in full-funnel marketing.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, and growth strategy.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing concepts.
- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data.
- Ability to research, organize information, and execute tasks quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools, LinkedIn, or CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
- Exposure to content writing or copywriting.
- Understanding of B2B or SaaS marketing ecosystem.
