Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, street-smart interns who are comfortable working on-ground, interacting with customers, and executing offline campaigns to build SoupX’s brand presence.
This role is 100% field-based, involving on-ground marketing, customer interaction, and campaign execution across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Execute on-ground marketing campaigns across:
- Hospitals
- Corporates
- Malls
- Societies & high-footfall areas
- Conduct product sampling and customer engagement
- Actively promote SoupX and explain the brand’s offering
- Support brand activations, pop-ups, and events
- Drive customer trials and footfall to outlets
- Collect real-time customer feedback and insights
- Coordinate with the marketing team for execution and reporting
Requirements- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with field work and long on-ground hours
- Confident approaching and interacting with new people
- Energetic, proactive, and execution-focused
- Interest in marketing, sales, or startups
