Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing (Interior Design Firm) role based in Chennai. The marketing professional will promote interior design services, develop and implement marketing campaigns, and support brand positioning in the local and regional market. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target customer segments, and collaborating with designers and sales teams to create compelling presentations, proposals, and promotional materials. The role will manage social media and digital presence, coordinate events or showroom activities, and build relationships with prospective clients, vendors, and partners. The position also involves tracking marketing performance metrics, supporting sales enablement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and present design solutions clearly and professionally.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and plan targeted campaigns for interior design services.
- Sales capabilities to support lead generation, follow-up, and conversion, working closely with the design and business development teams.
- General Marketing skills, including basic digital marketing, social media management, and content coordination for brochures, websites, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the interior design, architecture, or real estate sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic design or presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) is beneficial.
