Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile professional who can take ownership of both marketing execution and HR operations. This role requires someone who is pro-active, detail-oriented comfortable handling creative, digital, and people-related responsibilities with equal efficiency. The role involves strengthening brand visibility through structured marketing efforts while simultaneously ensuring effective HR operations and employee lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company website, including content, banners, and landing pages
  • Design marketing creatives, presentations, proposals, and event collaterals in-house
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms and track engagement
  • Execute end-to-end webinars and seminars, including creatives, registrations, reminders, hosting coordination, and post-event follow-ups
  • Manage marketing email campaigns and communication related to events and initiatives
  • Track basic performance metrics for digital campaigns and website activity
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives
  • Address employee queries and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
  • Coordinate internally and with external vendors for marketing tools, printing, compliance, or HR requirements

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, HR, or related field
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience handling marketing execution and HR operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and basic HR systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
