Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role for a Marketing & HR Intern, based in Lucknow with opportunities for partial remote work. The intern will assist in market research, develop and implement marketing strategies, help manage customer engagement, and support human resources activities such as recruitment coordination and employee engagement initiatives. This role provides a mix of online and on-ground experience and is ideal for those seeking to develop their skills in marketing and HR.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build meaningful client and team relationships
- Skill in Market Research and understanding audience preferences
- Basic knowledge of Sales and the ability to assist in inquiries and conversions
- Understanding of Marketing Strategy implementation and campaign support
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in basic office and communication tools; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
