Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing - Hospitality role based in Mumbai. Broadly this role is focused on social media execution, IP Curations and execution, campaign coordination, PR/influencer management, and on-ground marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in Hospitality and Hospitality Service to create memorable guest experiences
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage, including menu offerings, food pairings, and industry standards
• Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and contribute to a high-performing team environment
• Creativity and attention to detail for designing and implementing promotional events
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, or marketing industries is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
