About the Company :
SRS Syntex Ltd is a leading manufacturer of technical textiles, specializing in:
1. Industrial Workwear Fabrics Flame Retardant (FR) & Inherently Flame Resistant (IFR) Anti-static, oil repellent, stain resistant fabrics Performance-based woven textiles for industrial applications.
2. PVC Coated Technical Fabrics Tarpaulins, pond liners, awnings Industrial coated fabrics for infrastructure & defense Customized application-based coated solutions.
Role Objective :
To lead and drive marketing, business development, and product positioning across both divisions by:
* Understanding client requirements
* Translating them into technical textile solutions
* Expanding domestic and international markets
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales Strategy
Identify and develop new markets for:
* Industrial workwear fabrics
* PVC coated fabrics
* Build strong B2B client base across industries:
* Oil & gas
* Construction
* Logistics
* Agriculture
* Achieve revenue and growth targets
2. Client Requirement Analysis (Critical Role)
Interact directly with clients to understand:
* Application
* Performance requirements
* Compliance standards
Convert requirements into:
* Fabric specifications
* Product development briefs
3. Product Development Coordination
Work closely with:
* Production team
* R&D team
* Develop customized products such as:
* FR/IFR fabrics
* Anti-static textiles
* Coated fabrics with specific properties
4. Technical Sales & Solution Selling
* Present technical fabric solutions to clients
* Handle complex queries related to: Durability, Coatings, Performance finishes
* Provide value-based selling, not price-based
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research on:
* Competitor products
* Pricing trends
* Emerging applications
Identify new opportunities in:
* Technical textiles
* Coated fabric applications
6. Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor the marketing team
* Align sales and marketing strategies
* Set targets and monitor performance
7. Branding & Positioning
* Build SRS as a technical textile brand
* Develop marketing material, presentations, and product positioning
* Represent company in Exhibitions & Industry events
Candidate Profile :
Education :
* B.Tech / Diploma in Textile Engineering (preferred)
* MBA in Marketing (added advantage)
Experience :
* Textile marketing
* Technical textiles
* Coated fabrics
Required Skills :

Strong understanding of woven fabrics, textile processing & performance finishes.
