Role Overview
The organization is looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead nationwide sales and marketing operations for crash barriers safety shoes and road safety products. The role requires strong industry knowledge and leadership to drive business growth across government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategy
Drive business for crash barriers safety shoes and road safety products
Handle government tenders including NHAI PWD Smart City and infrastructure projects
Develop and expand dealer distributor and channel partner network
Build strong relationships with EPC contractors infrastructure companies and industrial clients
Manage institutional and B2B sales across India
Lead branding product positioning and market expansion initiatives
Lead and mentor regional and zonal sales teams
Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies
Product Segment
Crash barriers highway safety systems
Road safety products signage reflectors traffic safety equipment
Industrial safety products including safety shoes and PPE
Candidate Profile
Minimum 12 to 18 years experience in sales and marketing
Experience in road safety infrastructure industrial safety or construction products
Strong exposure to government tendering and project sales
Proven leadership experience at national or regional level
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team handling
Strategic planning and execution
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
