🚀 Role Overview – Marketing Head
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and growth-driven Marketing Leader with 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, water & wastewater, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
This role is not just about promotions — it is about building a powerful industrial brand, strengthening market positioning, enabling business development, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing leadership.
The Marketing Head will directly work with senior management to:
- Position Euroteck as a market leader in environmental solutions
- Drive B2B lead generation and project pipeline growth
- Build strong industry presence
- Strengthen technical marketing capabilities
- Support tendering, EPC bids, and institutional business
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute 3–5 year marketing roadmap aligned with company growth vision.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable KPIs.
- Define positioning strategy for various product verticals (STP, ETP, WTP, Biodigesters).
- Identify new industry segments and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams.
2️⃣ Industrial Brand Positioning & Corporate Image
- Establish Euroteck as a trusted engineering brand in India & overseas markets.
- Lead brand identity consistency across:
- Website
- Corporate brochures
- Technical presentations
- Case studies
- Project profiles
- Trade exhibitions
- Develop strong thought leadership positioning in water sustainability space.
- Enhance company credibility through certifications, industry affiliations, and PR.
3️⃣ B2B Lead Generation & Digital Strategy
- Build high-quality industrial lead funnel.
- Lead SEO, LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, and B2B portal strategy.
- Strengthen inbound marketing through:
- Technical blogs
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Industry reports
- Optimize cost-per-lead and ROI metrics.
- Implement CRM-based marketing tracking systems.
4️⃣ Tender & EPC Marketing Support
- Support large EPC and government tender submissions with marketing intelligence.
- Develop capability statements, prequalification documents, and project credentials.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research.
- Identify new government, municipal, and industrial project opportunities.
5️⃣ Product Marketing & Technical Communication
- Work closely with Engineering & R&D teams.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling market propositions.
- Develop product data sheets and value-driven messaging.
- Conduct product training for internal sales teams.
- Develop industry-specific marketing kits.
6️⃣ Trade Shows, Exhibitions & Industry Networking
- Represent Euroteck in:
- Water expos
- Environmental conferences
- Infrastructure summits
- Plan and execute stall branding, product demos, and networking campaigns.
- Develop strategic alliances with consultants and EPC players.
7️⃣ Budget & ROI Management
- Prepare annual marketing budgets.
- Track campaign performance and ROI metrics.
- Optimize ATL, BTL, and digital marketing spend.
- Ensure cost-efficient vendor and agency management.
8️⃣ Team Leadership & Reporting
- Build and lead internal marketing team.
- Manage external agencies, digital partners, and content teams.
- Present monthly performance dashboards to leadership.
- Set measurable KPIs for marketing function.
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Water & Wastewater / EPC Marketing.
- Strong exposure to B2B marketing & industrial branding.
- Experience in infrastructure or engineering-driven industries preferred.
- Proven track record of increasing qualified leads & project pipeline.
- Strong analytical and ROI-driven mindset.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- MBA in Marketing preferred (Engineering background is an added advantage).
