π§Ύ Role Summary
The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, consumer engagement, and business growth initiatives for the FMCG division. The role requires developing impactful marketing campaigns, driving product visibility, enhancing market penetration, and strengthening brand presence across multiple channels.
π Key Responsibilities
π Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead annual marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional calendars
- Identify market opportunities and consumer trends to drive business growth
ποΈ Brand Management
- Build and strengthen brand positioning in competitive FMCG markets
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
- Monitor brand performance and customer perception
π Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior studies
- Utilize market insights for product positioning and campaign planning
- Track industry trends and emerging market opportunities
π£ Advertising & Promotional Campaigns
- Lead ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
π Digital & Trade Marketing
- Strengthen online presence through digital marketing initiatives
- Support trade marketing activities for distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Manage social media, e-commerce promotions, and influencer collaborations
π€ Sales & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Support product launches and expansion strategies
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and product teams for smooth execution
π° Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending efficiency
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Ensure maximum ROI on campaigns and branding initiatives

- Lead and mentor the marketing team
- Set performance goals and encourage innovation
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture
π Qualification & Experience
- Bachelorβs/Masterβs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8β15 years of experience in FMCG marketing and brand management
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trade marketing, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience in handling large-scale campaigns and product launches preferred
