Role SummaryWe seek a hands-on Marketing Head (titled Brand Manager) from an agency background with inherent hustle. You'll own branding, lead our small team, and execute high-impact strategies relentlessly. Ideal for someone passionate about F&B, relationships, and turning vision into reality through events, community, and content.
Key Responsibilities- Own Brand Strategy and Narrative: Define brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all markets and product lines. Sense of good design as a differentiator while communicating brand messaging.
- Enable Sales Success: Partner with Sales and Mixos to create assets (menucards, decks, one-pagers) that improve conversion and deal velocity.
- Build and Lead a Team: of 4-5 (graphic designer, content manager, community manager, digital executive) while efficiently managing collaborations with agencies, influencers, and partners.
- Lead Product Marketing: Define value propositions, differentiation, and go-to-market strategy; drive flavour/product launches and competitive intelligence.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Oversee digital marketing initiatives and other campaigns - Meta marketing, LinkedIn marketing, SEO etc to ensure a strong brand presence.
- Performance Tracking & Team Leadership: Manage the marketing budget effectively, maximizing ROI on campaigns.
- Foster deep relationships in the F&B ecosystem to co-create content, solve pain points, and drive brand advocacy.
- HORECA Lead Generation: Own and drive end-to-end lead generation strategy (inbound and outbound) to build a robust pipeline. Plan Account specific campaigns to attract and close key accounts.
Requirements- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Marketing, creative agency background with a minimum of 2+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Startup Mindset: Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity; experience engaging chefs, mixologists, and restaurant owners is highly preferred.
- Skills: Highly creative with a good understanding of HoReCa sales, channel sales principles, and B2B lead acquisition.
- Tools: proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe Suite, Zoho CRM.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer behaviour.
Principal Accountabilities- Achievement of marketing KPIs and brand growth targets.
- Successful execution of 4-5 Campaigns per quarter.
- Team performance and partner collaboration efficiency.
- Budget adherence with positive ROI on campaigns.
